In short 

The ABC has heard from four international students who say they were misled by a consultancy advertising education and migration advice, allegations which the company denies.

Future Care says it stopped using the agent upon becoming aware of their conduct, reported them, and has not benefited from lost funds.

What's next? 

An immigration lawyer says education agents, unlike migration agents, are not sufficiently regulated.
